- Recycled materials
Wherever possible we use recycled materials, with virtually all board grades using recycled papers for the fluting and inside liners. Many customers have switched the outer liner to recycled too, which is not only more environmentally sound, but actually saves you money as well.
- Less waste
Our corrugated waste is also kept to a minimum, with reduced trim and offcuts.
Our extensive knowledge of design means that all our designs are geared to avoid waste, and the less material used, the lower the cost for you. Our planned maintenance and cleaning schedule means that we have drastically reduced off cuts/waste, all of which is good for productivity, staff and the environment, not only through less waste but also through fewer machine repairs and replacements.
We can also rationalise your packs, from board grades to packing methods in order to ensure that there is no unnecessary waste. - No unnecessary transportation
We can deliver directly from our factory, so that there is no unnecessary transportation, minimising both the environmental and financial costs.
